LataLiana Three – Living areas
The Water Palace lives up to its name with a striking space housing four areas for relaxing, playing, dining or entertaining, cooled by both fans and air-conditioning.
At one end a huge, deep sofa allows up to eight guests to socialise around the low hardwood coffee table or watch the 43-inch HD TV, connected to both cable TV and Blu-Ray disc player.
Then a full size pool-table creates a second area for guests, adjacent to a square dining table seating eight, serviced by a full-sized galley kitchen at the other end of this oversized room, which also has a separate loo.
The Water Palace’s sliding glass doors open onto a wooden pool deck and four sun loungers, dappled by sunlight gently filtering through bamboo roofing; as well as a pretty garden patio, where a circular table and two chairs are guarded by an ancient frangipani tree.
The Rice House hosts a shaded daybed area seating at least four people, perfect for morning or afternoon tea, followed of course by cocktail hour. This space also provides a safe play area for younger kids away from the edge of the pool and out of the sun, yet still visible to parents or staff.
High walls surround the gardens of the property, creating a silent sanctuary away from the bustle and crashing waves of Seminyak Beach just minutes away.
