LataLiana Seven Bedroom Villa Estate

As a 7 bedroom villa the LataLiana Estate consists of two private and unique areas. To one side of the cobbled courtyard is a walled tropical garden containing a free flowing 12m private swimming pool; and the Rice House, a traditional Balinese Lumbung.

The second antique wooden doorway off the courtyard opens into the grand 5 bedroom villa complex laid out around a huge 25m free flowing private pool and surrounded by exotic tropical plants, splashing fountains and colourful koi ponds.

Master Suite In The Water Palace

This is a gorgeous one bedroom villa that can be fully self contained and features super king sized bed and massive indoor/outdoor bathroom. It is complete with huge air conditioned living/dining area and its own fully functional kitchen.

Pool Suite In The Rice House

A superb poolside suite, the Rice House is characterized by its thatched sloping roof, timber architectural features, balcony overlooking the pool, and a crow’s nest chill out area. It too, can be entirely self contained with a kitchenette and pretty en suite bathroom. This suite can sleep up to four people comfortably.

The Bau Bau Master Suite

Offering some privacy from the rest of the Villa this enormous air conditioned suite features an extra comfortable super king sized bed, swathed in luxury linens, blackout curtains, chaise lounge relaxation area and huge ensuite bathroom with outdoor tropical shower. There is also a private courtyard shaded by a gorgeous ancient Bau Bau tree.

The Rose Garden Room

Decorated in soothing off white with Rose accents, this suite is characterised by its private courtyard featuring an enormous mango tree. It is fully air conditioned, including the massive luxurious en suite bathroom.

The Blue Ocean Room

This suite is easily configured to sleep up to three separate adults or children. It is characterised by a traditional lotus pond courtyard, large en suite bathroom and is fully air conditioned throughout.

Poolside Room

Situated in prime position alongside the enormous free flowing pool, this suite really puts you at the centre of everything happening in the villa. It contains a massive en suite bathroom and is fully air conditioned throughout.

There are 2 huge separate pool area, to one 12-metre free-form freshwater pool and the second 25-metre free-form freshwater pool with shallow area and sunken seating, surrounded by twelve sunbeds, three pool umbrellas and a large round daybed.
