Guests at LataLiana have a pair of trained chefs on-call to prepare gourmet meals to order. Our extensive yet well-priced á la carte menu includes Indonesian, Asian and Western cuisines, with special requests and dietary needs happily catered to.
Popular international dishes include our Barramundi Ginger Flower – a divine combination of seared Barramundi with crispy glass noodles, ginger flower & cabbage salad with organic raw apple cider vinegar, entrees such as chicken quesadilla and zucchini fritters, and the chef’s sinful chocolate fondue cake.
Indonesian favourites include a traditional Nasi Goreng (fried rice), our renowned Rendang Daging beef curry, and Pepes Ikan (fresh, line-caught fish baked in banana leaves); while the chefs take particular pride in preparing decadent barbeques in your villa gardens.
A full á la carte breakfast is prepared daily, with all menus complemented by a comprehensive list of wines, premium spirits, cocktails, mocktails, fresh juices and soft drinks. Any dishes or drinks not on our menu are happily provided, with just a 20% mark-up for our personal grocery shopping service.
