Our Accommodation

The estate consists of two main living areas, with open indoor/outdoor dining and relaxing areas ranged around free flowing private pools, surrounded by trickling fountains, fish ponds, Balinese traditional statuary and signature tropical gardens.  Nestled in the gardens are luxury bedroom suites, each with distinctive design features and private areas for guests to relax in comfort, enjoy a book in peace and quiet or have a massage.  Depending on the numbers of your party, the villas can be configured to utilise up to 7 bedrooms sleeping 14 adults and 4 children.

Lataliana Seven – 7 Bedrooms

As a 7 bedroom villa the LataLiana Estate consists of two private and unique areas.  To one side of the cobbled courtyard is a walled tropical garden containing a free flowing 12m private swimming pool; a gorgeous one bedroom villa complete with huge air conditioned living/dining area and its own fully functional kitchen; and the Rice House, a traditional Balinese Lumbung with its thatched sloping roof, timber architectural features and a crow’s nest chill out area.

Lataliana Six – 6 Bedrooms

This is the dream of luxury living.  There are six unique and beautiful oversize bedroom suites, each with their own private retreat relaxation areas and huge indoor/outdoor ensuite bathrooms.   Relax in the privacy of your own bedroom suite or chill out with friends and family around the 17m free flowing crystal clear private pool.

Lataliana Five – 5 Bedrooms

In the heart of Seminyak, lies this elegant 5 bedroom private villa.  It is nestled in gorgeous tropical gardens complete with koi ponds, artisanal statuary, splashing fountains and a huge 17m free flowing private swimming pool.  With 22 staff available around the clock, including a full time personal butler to assist you in every way, this is the perfect place to escape from reality, relax and be pampered in Bali.
