The Lataliana estate is characterised by containing every possible amenity to make your stay supremely comfortable and enjoyable. From an electronic games and movies room, to huge free flowing private pools complete with inflatable pool toys; entertainment is provided for all ages. For the adults there is also a full bar, pool table & baby grand electronic piano. We know even on holiday with loved ones sometimes individuals want privacy and so there are discreet relaxation nooks both inside and outdoors; perfect places to relax with a good book or just dream the day away.
Concierge
This private Bali villa is serviced by a 24 hour concierge/butlers. Simply dial ‘0’ on your villa phone for room service, dinner party service, or ask for any service you want. Our concierge can also arrange for professional therapists from Spa Venus to deliver pampering and massages to you poolside or in the privacy of your own bedroom suite.
Dining
The estate includes a full professional kitchen staffed by professional chefs skilled in local and international cuisine. Room service delivered to your bedroom is available from 7am to 11pm, or have a dinner party every night if you desire. There is a comprehensive menu of delicious dishes including Asian specialities and Western home-made meals available. Our butlers are trained to prepare a range of healthy juices and wicked cocktails. The house speciality is a fully serviced bbq that features best quality meat, seafood or surf’n’turf with accompaniments and can include traditional Balinese entertainment on request.

The Lataliana Estate is located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali, just minutes’ walk from beautiful Seminyak beach, the perfect place for a sunset cocktail or freshly picked coconut. Bustling shopping and dining are also just minutes walk away on the colourful and vibrant main street. The Estate is equipped with complimentary pushbikes which guests are welcome to use to explore the surrounding area.
